4 slices rye bread
3 tbsp brynza
3 tbsp butter
1 big boiled potato
1 onion bulb
1 egg
peppercorn
dill greens
lettuce
Directions:
- Grind the brynza well, mix with the butter, fine chopped onion, coarse grated potato, raw egg and pepper

- Spread the paste over bread, put in hot oven and bake until tender-crisp

- Decorate with the dill, serve on the lettuce leaves
