Products Needed:
2 1/2 cups wheat flour 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. rum or spirit 1 1/9 lb. lard 1/2 cup powdered sugar vanillin salt

Directions: Chop butter with aerated flour, add sugar, baking powder, eggs, yolks, a dash of salt, rum or spirit. Knead thick dough, if needed, add flour.
Roll out the dough thinly. Cut the dough into circles over 3, 2,5, 2 and 1,5 inches. Make 5 docks on each circle. Brush the center of circles with white, then put circles one on other, little circle at the top. Make 4 roses, following the instructions.
Fry «roses» in heated fat until light-golden. Dry prepared «roses» on paper napkin and season with powdered sugar with vanilla.
