Products Needed:
1/2 cup sheer nuts 1 cup sugar 4 egg whites 1 tbsp. lemon juice vanillin 2 cups cream or 1/2 cup fruit syrup

Directions: Cook thick syrup of ½ cup of water, sugar and juice.
Whisk whites until froth. Then pour stirring hot syrup. Whip until homogeneous. Add nuts and vanilla.
Put the soufflé in molds, season with sugar and bake in oven for 20 minutes until golden crust. Serve at the moment. Serve cream or fruit syrup apart.
