10 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fried, crushed nuts
1 1/2 tbsp. wheat flour
4/9 lb. butter
2 tsp. cocoa powder
1 tin condensed milk
Directions:
Whisk whites until rises 3-4 times, adding sugar in three times.

Put in nuts and flour, stir and put on two baking sheets, covered with parchment and dry in oven for 4-5 hours over 210°F.

Interlay prepared bases with the cream.

To make cream, cream butter with sweetened condensed milk, add cocoa and stir well up.
