Products Needed:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup strawberry jam
1 cup sour cream for dough and 1 cup for cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 tbsp. cocoa powder

nuts and cookie

Directions: Whisk eggs with sugar, add jam, sour cream and aerated flour mixed with soda. Stir well up.
Bake tree dough bases. Cool and brush with sour cream cream and put one on other.
Cover the torte with the remaining cream and top with scones, nuts and etc.
To make the cream, whisk sour cream with sugar until rises 2 times, add cocoa powder and whisk for additional 1-2 minutes.
