2/9 lb. butter for dough and 2/3 lb. for cream
4 eggs
1 cup sugar for dough and 1 1/2 cups for cream
1 tbsp. sour cream for dough and 2 1/2 cups for cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 1/9 lb. prunes
1/2 cup walnuts crushed
Directions:
Cream butter with egg yolks and sugar, add sour cream, soda and flour. Knead the dough and bake three dough layers.

Steam and pit prunes, mince. Whisk butter with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Whisk sour cream with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix both masses, add nuts and prunes.

Interlay dough bases with prepared cream. Whisk whites with 4 tablespoons of sugar, brush the surface of the torte.
