Peel and coarse dice pumpkin. In hot milk, put pumpkin and sugar, cook for 10 minutes. Mash pumpkin, then chill for 5 minutes.
Zest and juice an orange. In the pumpkin and milk mixture add eggs one by one, flour, an ounce of melted butter, orange juice and the half of zest, nutmeg and liquor, and mix together.
For the topping combine the listed ingredients, remaining zest, and crush with the tips of your fingers to a crumbly mixture. In the greased with the pumpkin mixture and sprinkle it with crumbs. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 °С.
Serve hot with ginger water-ice.
