Products Needed:
1 cup sour cream for dough and 2 1/2 cups for cream 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups wheat flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 cup raisins 5/9 lb. prunes 5/9 lb. dried apricots 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 cup sheer nuts

Directions: Mince steamed raisins, prunes and dried apricots apart.
Whisk cold sour cream with sugar, add flour and soda, knead thick dough, divide it into tree parts.
Roll out each part, cover with one of fruit mass and make rolls. Bake on greased baking sheet over 390°F until golden crust. Cool.
Cut the rolls across into slices over 2 inch thick, arrange on a platter, pour with sour cream whisked with sugar and season with minced nuts.
