12 apples
1/2 cup raspberry jam
1 1/9 lb. flaky dough
1 egg
2 oz. almonds
Decoration:
vanilla sugar
Directions:
Peel apples, remove kernels and fill in with jam.

Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Put prepared apple on each dough square. Turn the apple in the dough. Brush with whisked eggs and season with chopped almonds.

Bake in heated oven until golden crust. Season prepared apples with vanilla sugar.
