Products Needed:
4 apples 2 tbsp. jam 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbsp. wheat flour 1 tbsp. sugar 1 egg 1/2 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 pinch citric acid

Directions: Peel apples and remove the kernel, cook until half-done in tart water, cut into circles, then put on frying pan, scatter over jam.
Cream yolk with sugar, add flour. Whisk sour cream and whites apart, mix with creamed yolks.
Cover apples with egg mixture and bake in oven.
