butter for pastry and cream - 4 1/2 oz (125 gm) each 1/2 cup sugar 4 tbsp, heaped wheat flour 3 eggs 3 tbsp powdered sugar fresh berries, jelly, candid fruits for topping. | Directions: Mix butter with sugar until homogeneous mass, whisk in eggs one by one, stir in flour. Knead pastry, roll out in a layer, turn it on a baking tray and bake.
Cut the ready pastry into squares, cool and spread with cream. Top with fruits, jelly, candied fruits or jam.
To make cream, beat butter with sugar powder until foamy. |
