Products Needed:
8 egg whites 2 tbsp sugar a dash of citric acid 2 tbsp berry syrup vanilla sugar to taste

Directions: Beat cooled egg whites up until stiff foam, adding sugar in 3 steps, at the end of the beating whisk in vanilla sugar and citric acid.
Spoon the mass in boiling water avoiding the “snowballs” stick to each other. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
Take off the ready balls with a skimmer and put on a sieve. When water drained, put the “snowballs” on a plate and cover with syrup.
