Products Needed:
2 slices white bread 2-3 tbsp cottage cheese 2 tbsp chopped onion 1 egg 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp chopped spring onion 2-3 salted sprats

Directions: Brush bread with butter. Mix cottage cheese with cleaned and minced sprats, add onion and whisked egg.
Scatter the mass on the bread, season with spring-onion and bake at full power until golden crust.
Top the sandwiches with greens and serve hot.
