Cut eggplants into circles, salt and leave for 30 minutes.
Cut tomatoes into circles, chop garlic.
Put eggplant circles on greased baking tray, scatter over tomato circles, season with garlic, salt. Brush with mayonnaise and season with cheese.
Bake eggplants for 7 minutes at middle power, under a grill.
Serve the starter cold or hot, top with greens.
