3 oz white cabbage
3 oz cauliflower
1 tbsp chopped parsley greens
2 carrots
1 veletable marrow
1 potato
1 cup green peas, tinned
1 egg
5 cups water
1 bouillon cube
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Blend cabbages, parsley greens, carrot, mallow and potatoes.

Pour the vegetable mixture with hot water, season stock cube, add peas and cook under a lid for 15 minutes at high power.

Then salt and pepper the soup, add whisked egg, stir up and leave for 5 minutes.

When serving, season the soup with chopped greens.
