1 lb vegetable marrows
1 cup yoghurt
2 tsp prepared mustard
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Peel marrows, cut into thin slices. Add some water and stew under a lid for 5-6 minutes at full power. Leave in an oven for some time.

Mix yogurt with mustard, pepper and salt. Cover the marrows with prepared mass.

When serving, season the dish with chopped parsley greens.
