Shred peeled celery, carrot and kohlrabi, cut lard into cubes, slice tomatoes, chop onion.
Stew celery in oil with a dollop of water under a lid for 3-4 minutes at full power.
Fry carrot and onion with oil at full power, add kohlrabi, flour, tomatoes and stock from celery stewing. Salt all and stew under a lid for 4-5 minutes. Add stewed celery, stir up and cook until done at full power.
When serving, season the dish with chopped greens.
