Products Needed:
1 head cauliflower 1/2 cup peanut oil 2 tbsp honey 1 cup yoghurt 2 boiled eggs 1 tbsp chopped parsley greens 1/2 cup breadcrubms salt to taste

Directions: Break cauliflower into florets, put in a pan, cover with water and cook under a lid for 6-8 minutes at full power. Then drain the water.
Mix oil with honey and cook through for 1 minute at full power. Then add yogurt, salt and cover the cauliflower.
Mix chopped eggs with parsley greens and breadcrumbs, season the cauliflower with the mixture. Bake at middle power under the grill until golden crust.
