Products Needed:
3 carrots 1 cup milk 2 tbsp cottage cheese 2 tbsp semolina 2 eggs 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp butter 3 tbsp sour cream

Directions: Grate carrot, pour with milk, add butter, sugar and cook under a lid for 5-6 minutes at full power.
Add semolina, whisked eggs, cottage cheese and stir up.
Put prepared mass in greased mass, brush with a part of sour cream and bake at middle power under a grill until brown crust.
