Cut off tomato tops, take out a part of the pulp.
Whisk yolks with lemon juice, add breadcrumbs, chopped ham, parsley, salt and pepper. Then add whisked whites and stir up.
Fill in the tomatoes with prepared mass, put them in greased mold, sprinkle with wine and heat at high power under a grill for 5 minutes.
Serve the dish hot on lettuce leaves.
