1 cup tinned kidney beans 1/2 cup canned beans 5 potatoes 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic 2/3 lb vegetable marrows red and green sweet pepper, 1 each 1 egg 1/4 tsp pound paprika salt, ground black pepper to taste 1 cup tomatoes, tinned | Directions: Cook potatoes, mash and blend with butter and milk.
Fry chopped garlic in olive oil at full power, then add shredded sweet pepper, mallow cubes and tomatoes. Salt, pepper and stew for 3-4 minutes at full power. Then add beans (without liquid)and stir up.
Put prepared mixture in greased mold, scatter over potato puree through the pastry bag, brush with whisked egg, season with paprika and bake at middle power, under a grill until brown crust. |
