To prepare sauce, fry a part of chopped onion in oil at full power. Add flour, wine, mashed tomatoes, greens and salt. Stew under a lid for 2 minutes.
To prepare the stuffing, chop squids and cook with the4 remaining oil and onion at full power under a lid for 3-4 minutes. Then add rice, nuts, raisins and stir up.
Fill in the squids with prepared stuffing, put in a mold, pour with prepared tomato sauce and stew under a lid at full power until done.
When serving, pour the dish with the sauce and top with greens.
