Products Needed:
1 (2 lb) carp
2 onions
2 tsp vegetable oil
6-8 cloves
1/4 tsp pound cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup pomegranate grains
Directions:

Clean fish, bathe, rub with salt and leave for 30 minutes.

Mince nuts and onion, add cinnamon, cloves, pepper and pomegranate grains. Stir up.

Fill in the fish with prepared mass, brush with oil, stick the edges.

Put stuffed fish in greased and floured mold. Bake for 10 minutes at full power, then switch to middle power, switch up the grill and bake the fish until golden crusts.

Serve the fish on oval platter, top with lemon slices and greens.
