7 oz cooked-freezed shrimps 2 eggss 1 cup milk 1 tbsp prepared mustard 1 tbsp sherry 2 slices stale white bread 1 tbsp butter 1 onion 1/2 tsp pound nutmeg salt, red pepper, ground to taste | Directions: Whisk eggs with milk, sherry, mustard, salt, nutmeg and red pepper. Then add bread cubes, stir up and leave for 10 minutes.
Chop onion and fry for 1 minute at full power. Add shrimps and cook through under a lid for 1-2 minutes. Then add bread-milk mass and stir up.
Put prepared mass in greased mold and bake at middle power, under the grill until golden crust. |
