Products Needed:
1 lb flesh beef
4 slices cheese
1 onion
1 tbsp butter
1 egg yolk
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Mince beef, add yolk, butter, salt, pepper and chopped onion. Stir well the mass, shape 8 flat cakes, combine them into pairs, interlaying with cheese slices.

Place the chops in greased mold and cook for 7 minutes at law power over 320°F, then turn the chops and cook for 7 minutes.

Serve the chops with crumbly buckwheat porridge, topping with greens.
