Products Needed:
2/3 lb flesh mutton 3 oz smoked pork brisket 2 onions 2-3 pickled cucumbers 2 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 cup white wine 2-3 tbsp butter 1/2 cup meat stock 1 tbsp khmeli-suneli 2 pods hot pepper 3-4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp pomegranate juice

Directions: Cut thinly meat, mix it with chopped onion, butter and stew under a lid for 8-10 minutes at full power.
Then add minced cucumbers and pepper, mashed garlic, tomato paste, spices, pour wine, stock and juice. Stir up and cook under the lid for 10-12 minutes at middle power.
When serving, top the saltwort with greens and pomegranate grains.
