Bathe prunes and raisins, pour with boiling water for 1 hour.
Cut veal into slices, mix it with butter and fry under a lid for 3 minutes at full power.
Then add onion and carrot circles, pour hot water, salt, pepper and stew under a lid for 5 minutes at full power.
Put prunes and raisins to the meat, cook under a lid at full power until done
Top the veal with greens and serve it with fresh vegetables.
