Pour soy meat with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the water, bathe the meat and cut into thin stripes.
Cut pepper and onion into rings, slice tomatoes, grate carrot.
Combine prepared ingredients, pour soy sauce and hot stock, stir up.
Cook the dish under a lid for 15 minutes at full power, then leave in oven for some time.
When serving, top the dish with chopped parsley greens.
