Products Needed:
2 tsp smoky barbecue sauce 2 cups water 4 cloves garlic 1 tsp vinegar 1 tbsp vegetable oil salt, ground black pepper to taste 4 chicken legs 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions: Dissolve liquid smoke in water, add chicken legs and leave for 3-4 hours. Drain the liquid.
Mash garlic with sauce, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Brush the legs with prepared mass. Put them in flat dish, dock skin in some places and fry at high power under the grill until brown crusts.
Turn the legs and cook until done.
