Products Needed:
2 oz slab bacon 1 onion 2 apples 1 tbsp wheat flour 1 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 cup chicken broth salt, ground black pepper 2/3 lb chicken liver

Directions: Cut lard and liver with cubes, chop onion.
Heat lard for 1,5 minute at full power. Add liver, onion and cook through under a lid at full power for 3 minutes.
Grate apples, add salt, pepper, flour and tomato paste. Dissolve with stock and mix with liver. Heat the mass for 10 minutes at full power.
Serve the liver with potato puree, topping with dill greens.
