2 chicken fillets
3 oz ham
1 tbsp butter
1 banana
1 tbsp rum
1/2 tsp dried sage
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt to taste
Directions:
Chop ham and peeled banana, mix them with butter, rum, sage, pepper and salt.

Beat the flesh, put over the stuffing, make the rolls and stick with picks.

Put prepared rolls in greased mold, brush with vegetable oil and bake at middle power over 320°F until done.

Top the rolls with parsley greens and serve with fresh vegetables.
