Melt butter, mix it with honey, garlic, mustard, juice, wine and salt, heat for 1 minute at full power.
Put turkey flesh in flat dish, pour with the sauce and leave for 2-3 hours.
Bake the turkey at full power over 390°F until golden crust, turning 1-2 times.
Serve the turkey with vegetable salad, topping with lemon slices and parsley greens.
