Products Needed:
1 egg 3 tbsp cream 2 tbsp butter salt to taste 1 lb boiled chicken fillet

Directions: Mince chicken flesh, add a yolk, salt, cream, whisked white and stir up. Blend the mass, put it in a mold, sprinkle it with vegetable oil and bake for 6-8 minutes at full power.
Serve the soufflé with fresh vegetable salad, topping with dill greens.
