Slice mushrooms, ham and bread into dices. Break broccoli into florets, add some water and simmer under a lid for 3-4 minutes at full power. Drain the water.

Fry onion for 1 minute at full power. Add mushrooms and fry for additional 3-4 minutes. Then add broccoli and cook under a lid for 3-4 minutes.

Mix milk with eggs, mustard, a part of cheese, ham and bread. Add mushrooms with vegetables, salt and pepper.

Pour prepared mass in greased mold, season with the remaining cheese and bake at middle power over 390°F until done.

When serving, top the baking with greens.
