Products Needed:
1 lb cottage cheese 1 lemon 3 tbsp butter 1/2 cup sugar 5 oz cookies 2 tbsp wheat flour 3 eggs

Directions: Mash cottage cheese through a sieve. Halve the lemon, remove seeds, mince.
Melt butter at full power, add broken cookies, stir up. Put the mass in flat mold.
Mix cottage cheese with sugar, lemon, flour and yolks. Then add whisked whites, stir up and put the mass in the mold over the cookies.
Bake the dish at law power over 320°F until golden crust.
