Products Needed:
1/2 lb (200 g) salmon preserved in oil 1 oz (20 g) cheese 3 tbsp butter 6 boiled eggs 1 onion parsley greens 2 cups mayonnaise

Directions: Separate egg yolks from whites. Grate whites at coarse grater and mince cheese at thin grater. Chop onion. Mince salmon. Grate chilled butter. Put prepared products in the salad bowl in layers, follow the order: whites, butter, salmon, onion and cheese. Pour over with mayonnaise and season with grated yolks. Chill during 2-3 hours. When serve decorate with greens.
