2 apples
1 tbsp butter
2 oz cookies
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp sugar
cinnamon to taste
1 tsp powdered sugar
Directions:

Peel apples and slice thinly.

Grease a mold, put there thin layer of apples, then cover it with broken cookies, season each layer with sugar and pour with melted butter.

Cook through the soufflé for 3-4 minutes under a lid at full power.

Then cover the soufflé with eggs, whisked with milk, and bake at middle power under a grill until apples soften.

Season the dish with powdered sugar and serve.
