Products Needed:
5/9 lb. flesh beef 1 cup meat stock Forcemeat: 1 oz. bread 1 oz. slab bacon 1 bulb egg 1 bulb onion 1 tsp. butter 1/2 cup tomato sauce parsley greens to taste dill greens to taste black pepper ground to taste salt to taste

Directions: Cut meat into two slices for one portion, beat, salt and pepper.
Mash the bread; cut lard, cooked egg and onion into dices, chop greens. Mix all ingredients and fry in butter.
Put stuffing on each meat slice, make rolls, stick with picks and stew in a dollop of the stock, then add tomato sauce.
Garnish with cooked potatoes and top with greens.
