Products Needed:
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 cups mineral water
4 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp bran
2 tbsp caraway-seeds
1/2 cup coarse grinding flour
Directions:

Mix mineral water with oil, flour, bran and cumin.

Add wheat flour and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough, shape a roll, place it on moistened baking tray and bake for 15 minutes over 390°F. Then reduce the power until 302°F and bake the bread for additional 20-30 minutes.

Cover baked bread with wet napkin, put in cellophane bag and leave for 1 hour.
