Products Needed:
1 lb wheat flour 1 cup sour cream 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp sugar 3 eggs 2/3 lb potato puree salt to taste

Directions: Mix sour cream with butter, sugar, salt and 2 eggs. Add flour and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Put some potato puree on each circle, brush them with whisked egg.
Arrange the cakes on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes over 355°F.
