Products Needed:
1 cup wheat flour 4 eggs 7 oz cottage cheese 1/2 lb butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 lemon 7 oz fruit jelly

Directions: Whisk eggs with sugar, add flour and stir up.
Pour the batter in greased mold and bake for 20 minutes at law power over 355°F.
To prepare the cream, mash cottage cheese through a sieve, then mix it with butter and sugar, add minced lemon.
Cool baked biscuit base, cut it into 2 layers, put them one on another, interlaying with prepared cream. Brush the surface and the rims of the torte with the same cream. Top the torte with marmalade.
