Products Needed:
3 quarts (3l liters) water
1.5 pound (700 gr) apples
1.3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
Directions:

Cut apples, boil them 3-5 minutes, add sugar at the end of boiling.

Cool the broth to the room temperature, add yeast, dissolved in warm water.

Leave the kvass for fermentation for 12-14 hours, then pour in bottles.
