Grind almonds; pound them with egg whites and powdered sugar. Strew the mixture with lemon juice, mix until of the consistence of a paste, halve it; in one part, mix in chocolate. Take the chocolate paste and form “caps” with the hollows in the middle. Of fair paste make “stipes” and set “caps” on top. Let “mushrooms” dry on a board dusted with powdered sugar.
Serve “mushrooms” in vase or basket.
