Products Needed:
7 0z (200 gm) noodles 1/4 lb (125 gm) low fat pork fillet 6 tbsp vegetable oil 5 tbsp chopped boiled mushrooms 2 oz (50 gm) spinach 1 salted cucumber parsley greens 3 tsp red wine 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp corn starch a dash sugar

Directions: Boil noodles for 5 minutes, cast in a colander and wash with warm water.
Shred meat, fry in half of vegetable oil for 2 minutes, Add mushrooms, washed spinach and sliced cucumber. Stir in sauce and stew until ready. To make sauce, dilute starch in 1 tsp water, add wine, salt and sugar, stir.
Heat the noodles with the left vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
Place the ready noodles on a serving platter, put meat over it and garnish with greens.
