1 1/3 lb (600 gm) watermelon
2 egg whites
4 tbsp starch
4 tbsp wheat wheat flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions:
Cut washed water melon, separate pulp from the peel, cut the pulp into triangles and bread them on flour.

Mix egg whites with diluted in little water starch. Dip the water melon pieces in the mix and fry in preheated vegetable oil until light-golden.

Place the fried water melon pieces on a serving platter before serving and sprinkle with sugar powder.
