1 lb ostrich meat
4 oz orange confiture
4 tsp vinegar
2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions:
Rub steaks with pepper both sides. Mix confiture with vinegar and ginger.
Fry the steak on grill for 7 minutes from each side, pouring with orange mixture.
