Products Needed:
7 oz flesh pork
3 carrots
2 horse radishes
1 onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
salt, pound pepper
dill greens
1 tbsp vinegar
Directions:

Cut carrot, horseradish and pork into stripes. Season carrot with salt and sugar.

Mix prepared ingredients, add garlic and chopped onion.

Dress with oil, mixed with vinegar and red pepper.

Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour.

Before serving, top the salad with greens.
