Products Needed:
4 oz flesh pork 1 boiled potato 1 boiled carrot 1 tomato 2 oniones 1 oz sauerkraut 2 tbsp sour cream 2 boiled eggs 2 oz green peas, tinned 1 tsp sugar salt, pound pepper to taste dill greens

Directions: Slice thinly meat and tomato. Cut potatoes, carrot and onion into cubes. Shred cabbage.
Mix prepared ingredients, dress with sour cream, whisked with salt, sugar and pepper, stir up.
Before serving, top the salad with egg slices, green peas and greens.
