Products Needed:
6 oz boiled flesh mutton 1 boiled beet 1-2 boiled carrots 1 apple 1 horse radish 7 oz white cabbage 1 onion 2 pickled cucumbers 2 cups sour cream pound pepper, salt dill greens

Directions: Shred meat, beet, cabbage, onion and cucumbers. Grate carrot, horseradish and peeled apple.
Mix prepared ingredients, salt, pepper, add sour cream and stir up.
Before serving, top the salad with greens.
