Clean and wash fish, dry it, prepare fillet and cut the fillet into chinks.
Mix vodka, salt, pepper, chopped onion and ginger. Place fish chunks in this mix and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Dice bread. Beat eggs up. Bread the prepared carp chunks in flour, dip in beaten eggs and bread in diced bread.
Fry the fillet in vegetable oil and cast it into colander.
Serve the fish hot, garnish with lemon slices and greens.
